How it can be solved

The work includes spot repairs, repair of coatings, sealing of junctions, compatible paint and waterproofing treatments where the diagnosis justifies them.

Tools, products and the access system are chosen according to the substrate and the conditions of the job. Rope access, suspended scaffolding, tube scaffolding or a platform can be used where appropriate; no technique is universally better than the others.
