Rope access and facade renovation in Valencia
Where others can't reach, we get started. Repair, renovation and waterproofing of buildings in Valencia and nearby towns. We study the problem and choose the right access method: rope, scaffolding or platform, based on safety, the shape of the building and the scope of each job.
- Facades, cornices, light wells and roofs
- Homeowners' associations, property managers and owners
- Itemised quotes, no inflated figures

First, the problem
What's happening to your building?
Tell us the location, the type of building and what has happened. We'll advise you on the next step and prepare a proposal tailored to the work that is actually needed.

01
Pieces of render are falling off
Restrict access below the affected area and request an assessment.

02
Cracks are appearing on the facade or in the courtyard
Not all cracks are superficial; location, progression and depth all matter.

04
Paint is peeling on party walls
Check the surface and possible water entry points before repainting.

05
A downpipe is causing stains in the courtyard
Tell a leak in the pipe apart from water coming through the facade.

06
I don't know what's wrong with my building
Describe the problem, attach photos and we'll advise you on the next step.
Services
Solutions to protect and restore your building

01 · Facades
Facade repair and renovation
Facades deteriorate due to water, temperature changes and ageing finishes. We repair damaged areas, remove loose elements and restore finishes once we have checked that the surface is ready.
- Repair of cracks and loose material
- Repair of cornices, balconies and concrete
- Coatings and painting on a properly prepared surface
02 · Height
Rope access and complex access
A narrow light well or a high cornice may require a specific access system. We choose the right method after an assessment; working on ropes doesn't always mean doing without scaffolding.
- Rope access when the assessment supports it
- Suspended and tube scaffolding
- One-off jobs in hard-to-reach places

03 · Water
Waterproofing of terraces, roofs and facades
Leaks don't always appear next to where the water gets in. We check slopes, drains, joints and junctions and propose repairing the source, not just the symptom.
- Terraces, flat roofs and balconies
- Sealing of joints and junctions
- Leak detection
04 · Light wells
Light wells and party walls
Interior light wells are hard to inspect because of pipes, windows and how close the walls are. We plan the work to repair finishes, joints and leak points with as little disruption to neighbours as reasonably possible.
- Light well renovation and painting
- Party walls exposed to the weather
- Downpipes and gutters

05 · Finishes
Exterior painting and maintenance
Before painting we check adhesion, cracks and leaks; before maintenance we set out what needs to be checked regularly to avoid bigger repairs.
- Facade and light well painting
- Facade and gutter cleaning
- Maintenance plans for communities
Communities and property managers
Quotes you can explain at a residents' meeting
A quote for a homeowners' association should be easy to explain and compare. That's why we list separately measurements, repair items, materials, equipment, protection of common areas, waste management and restoration of finishes.
The community needs to know what will be repaired, what might be uncovered once the surface is opened up and which work is explicitly excluded. We coordinate the technical matters that require qualified professionals.

Rope access
Access method
Rope, scaffolding or platform: chosen by assessment, not by habit
Rope access is a valid option in certain cases, but for continuous, heavy or longer jobs a suspended scaffold, tube scaffold or platform may be more suitable. The risk assessment decides the system, and the safety of the workers and of anyone passing below comes first.
How we work
How we approach every job
01
Understand the problem
Location, height, photos, age of the damage, rain and previous repairs.
02
Inspect the building
Access, surface and risks.
03
Define the scope
Don't confuse the finish with the source of the damage.
04
Choose the method
Ropes, scaffolding, platform or another suitable solution.
05
Itemised quote
Materials, quantities, exclusions and conditional timelines.
06
Carry out and check
Site follow-up and agreed checks.
Why trust a well-explained quote
Not every crack is repaired with the same mortar, and a terrace isn't properly waterproofed by applying resin over any type of flooring. A serious quote explains what problem it aims to solve, how the surface will be prepared and how joints, drains or unstable areas will be treated. It also makes clear which documents, permits or plans are needed in each case.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is all rope access work done without scaffolding?
No. Rope access is an option in certain cases, but for continuous, heavy or longer jobs scaffolding or a platform may be more suitable. The risk assessment decides.
What should I do if pieces of a cornice are falling off?
Keep people away from the area below and inform those responsible for the building. If there is immediate danger, call the emergency services. The repair must start by controlling the risk.
Can you prepare a quote for a homeowners' association?
Yes. You can request a proposal by giving the address, number of floors, affected elements, photos and, if available, a technical report. The scope will be confirmed before setting the terms.
What's the difference between a facade repair and waterproofing?
A repair restores a damaged surface; waterproofing aims to stop water getting into specific elements. They often need to be combined and carried out in the right order.
Advice
Guides to understand your building
- R4 mortar for concrete repair: when it makes senseQuick answer. An R4 rating doesn't make a mortar the universal fix for every bit of spalling.
- Preventive facade maintenance: a practical checkQuick answer. Checking joints, gutters and finishes in time reduces the chance of repeated damage.
- Downpipe repair in a residential building: what to checkQuick answer. A leaking downpipe can affect several flats and raise questions about who owns the installation.
